We are a small team across four desks. Most of what we do is detail work that nobody sees until it is missing, a specification written properly, an inspection done honestly, a document set that clears a bank first time.
The kind of people who do well here

- Able to read a drawing or a datasheet and spot what is missing from it
- Willing to get to a factory floor at short notice
- Precise in writing, because most of this job is documentation
