What we check, and when
- Factory audit, capacity check and reference verification before an order is placed
- In-line inspection at 20-60% completion, so a defect is caught while it is still fixable
- Pre-shipment inspection against the written specification, with photographs
- Loading supervision and container sealing
- Laboratory testing and independent third-party surveyors where the contract calls for it
- Written deviation reports, so nothing is quietly accepted on your behalf
Specification first
Most quality disputes are specification disputes wearing a different hat. Every enquiry becomes a written technical specification: grade, dimension, tolerance, finish, packing, certification and applicable standard, before a factory is asked to price it. Anything ambiguous is resolved with you first.
