Why INSOURCES

What decides whether a container arrives correct is what happens between the enquiry and the shipment.

Anyone can forward an enquiry to a factory. What decides whether the container arrives correct is what happens between the enquiry and the shipment. That is the part we do not subcontract.

What actually makes the difference

Two entities, one accountable party

A UAE FZCO for trading and treasury, an Indian private limited for sourcing, quality and documentation. You deal with one commercial contact; the structure behind it handles currency, contracting and compliance in whichever jurisdiction suits the transaction.

Specification first, price second

Every enquiry becomes a written technical specification before anyone quotes. It is slower on day one and materially cheaper by delivery, because the most expensive purchase order is the one that arrives correct to the wrong spec.

Insulation depth, not just breadth

Most trading houses list insulation as one line among fifty. We carry the full system: core material, facings, jacketing, pins, banding, mesh, tapes and sealants. A contractor places one order rather than chasing eleven suppliers.

We own the paperwork

EXIM documentation is a core service, not a clerical afterthought. Certificates of origin, attestation, legalisation, conformity schemes and letter-of-credit presentation are prepared and checked in-house.

Inspection inside the production window

In-line checks at 20 to 60 percent completion, not a glance at a sealed container. A defect caught on the factory floor is a correction; the same defect caught at your dock is a claim.

Terms that protect working capital

Letters of credit, documentary collections and 30 to 120 day terms for approved accounts, arranged with regulated banking partners so a purchase does not have to be funded entirely up front.

How we work

These are commitments, not slogans. If we cannot hold to one on your order, you will hear it from us first.

Say the difficult thing early

If a lead time is unrealistic, a specification is unbuildable at the target price, or a letter of credit contains a clause we cannot meet, you hear it while it can still be fixed.

Price transparently

You are told whether we are acting as a principal or on commission, and our costings separate material, process, packing and freight rather than hiding everything inside one number.

Document everything

Specifications, approvals, inspection reports and deviations are written down. A reorder should repeat a known outcome, not reopen a negotiation.

Decline what we cannot do

We turn down business that fails sanctions screening, that we cannot source to specification, or where the delivery promise would be a guess. A declined enquiry costs less than a failed shipment.

What clients say

“They quoted our insulation BOQ line by line and flagged four items where the specified density would not have met the fire rating. Nobody else who bid caught it.”

Procurement Manager
MEP contractor, Abu Dhabi

“We were running five separate suppliers into one project. Consolidating into single containers took about eleven days off the delivery cycle and cut our clearing costs noticeably.”

Supply Chain Lead
Infrastructure contractor, East Africa

“The pre-shipment report showed a packing defect that would have caused transit damage on around a fifth of the load. It was repacked at the factory before the container was sealed.”

Head of Operations
Industrial distributor, Europe

“Ninety-day terms meant we could take the full quantity in one shipment instead of three. The freight saving alone was worth more than the financing cost.”

Managing Director
Trading company, West Africa

“Our letter of credit had a clause our bank was never going to accept. They caught it before shipment and had it amended. We have had documents rejected before, and it is expensive.”

Finance Controller
Manufacturer, South Asia

“They told us the target price was not achievable at the specification we had written, and explained exactly why. That was more useful than the three suppliers who simply agreed to it.”
